Federal Forms

Libraries will receive a standard form package, but not all of the forms offered by the IRS. If you need a form that we did not receive, please ask a librarian for assistance in locating the form.
Because of the late passing of the tax bill in December, the 1040 instructions will not be available at the library until late January or early February. They should be available online earlier than that.
You may also obtain forms by calling the IRS help line at 1-800-829-3676 or visiting the IRS website at www.irs.gov
